Originally from northwest Ohio Ted moved to Colorado Springs in 1994. He settled in the Arvada/Westminster area in 2000 and then purchased his first home. He became a landlord for the first time in 2012. For the last 16 years he has served his local community through Barbering, coffee, and pet specialty care. If he is not working with a customer helping them find their dream home or perfect investment, then you’ll find him volunteering with a local non-profit that helps Veterans with PTSD. Helping others is his passion, Real Estate is his focus
